Genesis 90

Many of you may have heard of the Exodus 90 program or had friends that have participated in it in past years. This year there will not be any women's groups doing Exodus 90. Fear not! We have launched a new program for women called Genesis 90. Often, we need to go back to the beginning to understand who we are as daughters, created and loved by the all-good, all-powerful, all-loving Father! That will be the aim of these women's groups. We will listen to some podcasts, read scripture, and look at a few other sources to cultivate a deeper life of prayer individually and communally. The program will focus on daughterhood, sisterhood, and ascetic disciplines (forms of fasting, no social media, etc).
Women have the option to sign up for a semester long commitment or a year long commitment.
When participating in a Genesis 90 group you commit to the following:
Weekly meeting
Weekly reading or video with reflection questions
20 Minutes of daily prayer
7hrs of sleep
No social media
Regular physical activity (3-5 times/week)
Tracking these disciplines in a journal
